1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Arcana Daily ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

Arcana Daily is a daily tarot card reading app that provides users with:

• Daily tarot card draws
• Card interpretations and meanings
• History logging of past readings
• Basic features available in the free version with advertisements
• Premium features available through paid subscriptions

3. Advertisements

The free version of the App includes third-party advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of your app experience
• The collection and use of data by our advertising partners as described in our Privacy Policy
• Not interfere with or block the proper display of advertisements

4. Subscriptions and Premium Features

We offer paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features and remove advertisements. Regarding subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan (monthly, annually, etc.)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are governed by your device's app store policies
• Premium features are subject to change and may be added or removed at our discretion

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parent or guardian permission to make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise misuse the App
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

All content, features, and functionality on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lumos Design or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission from Lumos Design.

8. Disclaimer and Advisory

The tarot readings and interpretations provided through the App are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice, including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Important life decisions should not be based solely on the readings provided through the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lumos Design does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided through the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumos Design and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. In the event of termination, any active subscriptions will be handled according to the app store's policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phoenix, Arizona.
